Mother Language Day- Wednesday 21st February
On the first Wednesday after half term, we will celebrate ‘Mother Language Day’ at our school. Children can come dressed in National Colours, clothes of their country or have their face painted using colours of their country (e.g. flag). They can also bring a traditional object related to their country of origin and show it to the class.
Please could you also write down how to say ‘Hello’ and ‘Goodbye’ in your language so we can greet each other in different languages (also include the phonetic spelling to help us with pronunciation!) Thank you.
We are looking for large 4-pint plastic milk bottles for our craft activity after half term. We would greatly appreciate any empties you have, well-rinsed out and with their lid.
Nursery Singing Show
The children will be performing familiar songs for you.
Busy Beetles: 10:30-11:15am
Please note this includes dismissal as normal.
